5-Minute Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Make your own healthy froyo today!

Did you say froyo? Frozen Yoghurt? 5 minutes? I’m sold.

It hasn’t been raining much in Malaysia (in PJ anyways) so it has been crazy hot and stuffy all day. While I’m dying for yummy light refreshing froyo, from the likes of Moo Cow, Tutti Frutti and llaollao, my wallet isn’t always prepared to fork out the prices.

Of course I could try to escape for a bit and buy a big tub to enjoy all by myself, but I do have 3 other mouths to feed : husband dearest and the two little missies. So I found this recipe on Pinterest but mainly because that “5 minute” in the title was practically calling out to me.

You absolutely DO NOT need a Thermomix to make this. Any regular blender that can make smoothies would do the deed too. Of course, if you happen to own one, this recipe would be done in 1 minute flat. Anyways, I’m using Thermy because this is the only blender I have.

What You Will Need

#6 Store in Container

Of course store what’s left in a container. I stuffed it in the freezer for about 4 hours to see if it would harden solid like a Popsicle. Surprisingly, it did not and it was still easy to scoop – almost creamy ice-cream-like, but not quite.
