Plant-based foods — and corn, in particular — were found to be the dietary staple in six of seven societies with little or no morning sickness. The edible parts of the corn plant, the kernels, have very low levels of phytochemicals”.

Remember that eating more or avoiding all of these may not necessarily work for you, try some and find out which food works for you. Also it’s important to have a healthy diet during pregnancy, so do listen to your body about your needs.
