While most of us experience pain and discomfort at various parts of our body, the most commonly affected area is the muscles and joints. Muscle pain often presents itself when we overexert our muscles from exercising or strenuous work. While these symptoms and discomfort often affect adults, children can experience them too.
Among the causes of muscle pain and discomfort include tension or stress in various parts of the body, sprains and strains due to injury and overstretching of muscles and ligaments as a result of strenuous exercise without warming up properly. Tips to relieve muscle aches and pain
It is best to take things slow and easy for the next few days until you feel better. During this time, you should not overexert your muscles and joints by exercising, stretching or flexing your joints through complicated bending movements.
2. Rub for relief
