From Shu Guo Yin Xiang Hot Pot and Haidilao Hot Pot that offer the Szechuan style, to Yuan Lao Si Hotpot that offers the Chongqing style, savour the intricate regional differences as you dip your favourite fresh meats, dumplings and vegetables in these bright spicy broths, accompanied by a personalized dipping sauce.
