Pregnant ladies can do exercises, and some can do exercise sessions more strenuous than others, but it is recommended that you choose aerobic exercises with small movements, while paying attention to the length of your session. It is safe to do around 45-minutes of exercise a day in second trimester, to 30 minutes a day in third trimester.
