An 8-year old in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan claims that his 13-year old senior paid him RM3 to perform oral sex.
The alleged acts took place on October 10 and 11 at the religious school where both students are enrolled.
It is understood that the senior invited the junior into the storeroom of their school to perform sexual act.
Kelantan CID chief ACP Mohamad Fakri Che Sulaiman confirmed that the senior then invited the junior to the storeroom again on the following day.
“The victim had just finished eating in the canteen when the suspect offered him RM3 and asked him to follow the senior into a storeroom together,” he said.
He continued to say that the victim had undergone a medical check-up at a local hospital and there were no signs of anal penetration.
Therefore the 13-year old is not investigated for sodomy but committing an act of gross indecency.
“The suspect was arrested on Monday and police have obtained a remand order from the Bachok magistrate’s court, He has been remanded for four days to facilitate investigations and the case had been classified under Section 377E of the Penal Code for inciting a child to commit an act of gross indecency,” he said.
